In Dutch tournament Mahjong, first count base points, then apply doubles. Limit hands have fixed values. In this app you enter final winner points per hand; settlement is then calculated automatically.
NTS scoring is additive first, multiplicative second. A hand can only be declared Mahjong with enough value under table rules.
